Located inside the Marketplace, the Art & Photography Show & Sale will showcase local artists and photographers work. With hundreds of local art pieces for sale and local artisan booths, this show will have a wide array of beautiful Harvest and Sonoma County themed work to purchase.

The Sonoma County Harvest Fair invites you to showcase your HARVEST THEMED artwork or photography at this year’s Sonoma County Harvest Fair. More details and information, as well as rules are listed below.

Entry Limit: Maximum of 6 total entries per exhibitor
Entry Fee: $5.00 per entry (NO paper entry forms accepted - online entries only!)
Entry Deadline: Friday, September 22, by 11:59 pm (before midnight!)
Drop off Entries: Monday, October 2, between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Location: Garden Annex, Sonoma County Event Center, 1350 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa
Judged: Tuesday, October 3. All exhibitors will be notified of results via email on Wednesday, October 4th
NEW: All artwork and photography will be juried. Entries will be accepted into the show based on the judge's score of a first, second or third placing. Entries not accepted into the show can be picked up on Thursday, October 5, 9am-4pm from the Fairgrounds Administration Building or the times listed for pick up below.
Pick Up Entries: All unsold artwork/photos can be picked up from Hall of Flowers as follows:
Sunday, October 8 - between 5:30 – 6:30 pm (no vehicles; carry out or hand carts only.)
Monday October 9 - between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon)
Best of Show winners will receive rosettes and $50 (Amateur Fine Art, Professional Fine Art, Amateur Photography, Professional Photography)
Division & 1st-3rd Place Winners receive rosettes
All participants receive 4 Harvest Fair gate passes
